SATURDAY, MAY 1 OLYMPIC TRIATHLON completed my 1st 3rd





last Saturday days May 1, dispute first ever Olympic triathlon , 1.5 km swim, 40km bike ( handbike ) and 10km in racing chair. I'm happy because it was my first triathlon and the finish is already a proof that I am doing things right, but in turn I'm kinda sad that due to a poor choice of material in handbike not know what to had so many hills on the course and take the wheel flat with a small development, suffered a lot and the weather was quite high. If this problem we add the strong winds that blow on the island as a result have strong spending power of I almost passed the final bill. But overall I'm happy. From here to thank the entire organization and especially Isa Janssens by invitation a week at Club La Santa, with all that that implies, can enjoy facilities impressive for the practice of sport and to recover after a beautiful island like Lanzarote . LANZAROTE IN THE MILE SAN VICENTE INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION OF SPAIN

This Saturday I played 24 first international mile San Vicente de Ragspeig running in third position , behind winner Jordi and James Wood Sanz, two Paralympic athletes in Beijing . The race consisted of a mile, 1600m, taking three laps on a circuit with two very dangerous curves 180 degrees where we were getting into slowly and which had entered first as to respect him because repeat were dangerous. On the way out I got in 2 nd place at the first corner but the glove hooked me with the brakes, something I never had past, and begin the climb because I lost traction and steering and there Santi overtook me and Jorge Navarro. But good on the last lap I could get third party and not get a lot of 2, so that overall I'm happy. Now think of Olympic triathlon the next Saturday in Lanzarote the Wednesday flight to the island.
