The competed Saturday 11 in World Championship triathlon in the capital Hungarian, Budapest . The days pass there were very hard, because q would not stop raining, to cold and that the organization was horrible and we did not any type of aid or to transfer the material the day before or for transitions that were a disaster, at least in my case.
Well I'm happy because knowing that the stretch of swimming, the water was only 14 degrees, I lose a lot of time, finish strong in the chair even with the rain I slipped a glove. Now I've closed the season duathlons and triathlons almost certain and this Friday I will Lisbon on Sunday there run average international marathon.
